Doug Murphy
Doug Murphy graduated LLB at Dundee University in 1984 and went on to complete post graduate diploma in legal practice. He worked in the legal profession in both Scotland and England briefly before leaving the law to set up Energize Consulting in 1995.
Energize Consulting Ltd is a well respected corporate services provider based in central Manchester with a nationwide client base of accounting and legal practices. In partnership with Stephen Thompson and Zandra Moore, Doug has been at the front of extending the company’s traditional range of legal services to provide accounting and business development to the small business sector. He has worked with clients in the UK and overseas, particularly helping non-resident clients to understand the UK tax and company regulatory environment.

Steve Thompson
Steve joined Energize Consulting in 1996. Steve’s role within Energize is to look after the administration of the UK and overseas company secretarial portfolio. He has extensive experience of liaising with clients based in the United States and Europe and banks and corporate services providers worldwide. Within Energize he has been responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s in house accounting systems. As a partner in Murphy Thompson Moore LLP, Steve’s main role is to look after compliance issues for clients and to provide a bridge between clients and government agencies for the administration of companies.

Zandra Moore
Zandra has been working for Energize Consulting since 1999. During this time she has been responsible for the formation and management of a wide range of UK companies and ongoing compliance issues. In 2003 she left Energize to take time out to have her son Joshua. In 2005 she returned to the company and has revitalised the relationship with the company client base and put in place new systems for the formation and management of companies on behalf of our professional partners. Zandra will be combining her role as Client Relationship Manager at Energize with new responsibilities to assist clients with setting up their own accounting systems. She has been at the forefront of our decision to ensure that Murphy Thompson Moore LLP implement high quality computerised practice management systems from inception.
